Was something that had just happened a mistake or not? Usually we think about this question from an epistemological point of view: is it true to call this a mistake? Now bear in mind that in complex environments, even if this judgment is true, many other ways to see it are true, too. Now it becomes more interesting to look at our judgment from a pragmatical point of view: If we consider this a mistake, what kind of reactions are the obvious choice? And how do our options change if we consider it something else?
